     We want you to enjoy your stay here at the Cheriton House Inn.

For your convenience, and the convenience of others, we offer a smoke free  home.  For our smokers, please use our outside containers for cigarette butts.  We ask that you do not throw them in the yard and smoke responsibly.
     No Pets allowed* -- due to allergy sufferers, we ask that you board your pets.
     We offer Off road parking for vehicles and boats, a large yard to "play" in,
     And an outside cleaning station with running water and electricity especially for our fishermen and hunters!

So, let's give you a tour!  We'll start with the downstairs.  Pictures can never do this house justice, but if you are impressed by those, wait until you see it in person!

Downstairs:  From the porch, you enter the foyer.  There is the staircase to the upstairs, one bedroom, a full bathroom, living room, dining room, roomy eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a dinette.  In the dinette you will find a closet with a full washer & dryer.

• Living room and Dining Room:  These two rooms are as spacious as the rest of the house.  There is easy access to the downstairs bathroom from either of these rooms.  The living room has plush furniture and a television with satellite TV, DVD and VHS! This room makes it easy to relax.  The adjoining dining room is another spacious room with a large table and great seating.  Perfect for playing cards, get-togethers and of course, dining!

• Bathroom:  This is also a  full bathroom!  Same color scheme as upstairs, and equally as spacious, but this one is completely new!

• Kitchen:  Our pride and joy!  This rustic looking kitchen is very inviting. The open wall cabinets give a quaint appeal. The brick is original and the wood counter top is handmade.   You can really tell it’s age . . . BUT, we have all the amenities of home:  Refrigerator, stove, and of course A DISHWASHER!   

• Blue Room:  This room is exquisite!  A comfortable queen sized bed, with a reading area, bureau, dresser, and oscillating fan, not to mention the hand carved fireplace mantle!  This is the only one of the original three, left in the house. The fireplace is non-functioning, but still gives that homey feel.  This room has access to the front door, downstairs bathroom and the entire downstairs.  Easy access makes this helpful for those that are unable to take the stairs.  Our most requested room!

Upstairs:  Three spacious bedrooms and one large full bathroom. 

• Green Room:  This room has a Queen bed and a twin bed.  There is a chair for reading a bureau, dresser and oscillating fan.
• Ivory Room:
  

  This room has a Double bed and a twin with a reading area, a chest of drawers, dresser, TV with VHS to watch movies, and oscillating fan to make it complete.

• Burgundy Room:
  

  The smallest room upstairs, but not to be outdone!  This room comes complete with a double bed and a set of bunk beds (for kids)!  It also has a chest of drawers, and an oscillating fan.

• Upstairs bathroom:
  

  This spacious bathroom will leave you breathless!  The blue walls lighten this room up so you feel like you are close to the sea.  It just relaxes you!
